Agreement. By using PracticalRedneck.com (“Site”) or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.
Products. We describe products as accurately as we can. Colors and images may vary by screen. We may change prices, descriptions, or availability without notice — existing orders are honored at the price charged at checkout.
Orders & payment. Orders are offers we may accept or decline (for example, fraud prevention or stock issues). Payment is processed by Stripe; you agree to their terms as applicable.
Shipping & risk of loss. See Shipping & delivery. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier picks up the package unless otherwise required by law.

Intellectual property. Content on this Site (logos, text, images, designs) is owned by Practical Redneck or its licensors. Don’t copy, scrape, or misuse it without permission.
Disclaimer. The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue, except where law doesn’t allow that limit.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which the business is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
